Waiting

Sometimes things don't turn like we want them to. Other times, life gives us surprises that we never imagined. But nothing happens out of the original master plan that God created for each one of us. And we know that our kids are still waiting for us in Colombia. And we will go and get them. When? We don't know, but I'm sure it will be right in God's perfect timing, whenever He (and ICBF) feel that we are good to go. So for the next two years or so, we will keep praying so they are safe and surrounded by love.

We also have been waiting. What ages are you hoping to adopt? We have been working on getting our home study updated to adopt two siblings, ages 0-6. We hope to get a referral in the next six months.

Best wishes!

So hard to wait...we waited 3 years for our daughter.

When you are able, come visit www.wearegraftedin.com. We'd love to have you a part of things there--there are lots of preadoptive and adoptive mommies on the forum who would love to encourage you and be encouraged by you. :)
